    GENERAL INFORMATION

The Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Official Records team are passport acceptance agents for the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs. Our Punta Gorda and Murdock office is able to accept applications for first-time applicants, children’s renewals, lost passports, or adult passports expired more than 5 years ago.

We also provide on-site photos at all three of our office locations.
